According to Women’s Health, her trainer Melissa Alcantara said that Kim trains for one hour and a half, starts at 6 am, six days a week. They allocate a day to work out her abs, legs, and butt toning exercises twice a week.
If you are wondering how the Duchess of Sussex stays fit, you should know that Meghan Markle is a yoga fanatic. She prefers hot yoga and an intense vinyasa class. She also attends Pilates classes with the help of her trainer Heather Dorak. To keep herself healthy, Meghan likes green juice and avoids drinking coffee
