Live a Little and Laugh a Lot
There are loads of benefits of laughing and literally no downsides. When you laugh, your body calms down. Research shows that laughter can positively reduce your stress hormones and increase your health-improving chemicals.
It can also help elevate the mood. Unfortunately, we tend to laugh a lot less as we age. Kids laugh at least 400 times a day, but the average adult can only laugh 15 times in that same duration. However, you can increase your laughter to a great extent and it is not something unachievable. Well, how can you do that? Call your funny friend who makes you laugh all the time, or look up memes on Instagram and other social media platforms that can tingle your funny bone.
Roll on a Tennis Ball

Tennis balls are in fact one of the best self-massage tools. Place it on one of your shoulder blades and gently roll around. Keep the ball under your butt and your calves work too. The effect is so calming that you definitely don’t need to try any expensive massage treatments at a salon.
Go the Old-Fashioned Way and Write a Postcard
Restaurants may often hand out postcards with your cheque, don’t throw them away. Next time you are going somewhere, you can use those cards to write out to family or friends, especially the ones you haven’t talked to in a while.
