The actor and director rose to fame with his work on TV. Clu Gulager received widespread acclamation for his portrayal of Emmett Ryker in The Virginian, a Western series on NBC, and William H. Bonney in The Tall Man, a series on NBC.

Talking about his film career, Gulager grabbed attention with his role in the 1964 flick, The Killers, and is widely popular for his part opposite the legendary duo, Joanne Woodward and Paul Newman, in Winning.

Aside from that, he poured some good currency in his banks with films like The Initiation, Feast, Tangerine, and The Return of the Living Dead. Born in the year 1928, Gulager is now in his nineties. In spite of being active for more than seven decades, he is a livewire and refuses to quit.
