You can do the same thing with auditory exercise, find out the small and subtle sounds, and note the differences between the sounds you notice.

You can try other things as taking a shower or snapping a rubber band against your wrist. Listening to meditation by listening to a meditation app can also help clear out your head and focus on the immediacy. Essential oils such as lavender or chamomile can bring about a sense of calm. A healthy diet and exercise paired with an adequate amount of sleep can fix most issues. Find ways that will reduce stress and focus on things that you find enjoyable. Schedule your routine in a way and incorporate time for those things that you enjoy.
Combating BPD and overcoming them without medication is possible with the right treatment option, as listed by your doctor. Medicines aren’t the only way you can treat BPD. Instead, you can include various coping skills and therapeutic ways and live a life without letting the symptoms define you or impact your life.
