Jada Pinkett Smith’s Secret Battle with Severe Depression Revealed
If there is something we know about the Smith family, it is their rare lifestyle. While the super talented family lives their life without external interference, Jada Pinkett Smith didn’t have everything going well with her health. There were days, the actress found waking up for a new day incredibly hard to do.
the Hollywood star admitted to the other two women that she was severely depressed, before adding that it was something that she’d been battling for years at this point. Waking up in the morning was the worst part of the day for the actress, it took her hours upon hours just to get out of bed.
Each day was a struggle to say the least and the circle continued. Whenever she found herself in the evening time, she would be grateful that she made it but still scared that she was going to experience her nightmare the next morning. Jada knew about her mental breakdown years before it got worse.It was like she never had control over her thoughts and emotions and she felt completely out of control.
Jada has not feared talking about her private life without reservation. Her struggle with mental health has become an open book anyone can read today. The tragic deaths of celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain and fashion designer Kate Spade forced Jada to talk more about the challenges with mental health.
Jada says that the one thing she’s learned in her life over the years is that mental health is something we must practice daily, not just when we’re having issues, and we fully agree with her.
