Tips To Get Rid Of Your Double Chin Without Any Surgery At All

This exercise is pretty easy, and you simply need a tennis ball to do it. Just place the ball against your throat and press it down with your chin. Release after a few seconds. Keep repeating this exercise 10 times, and do two sets of 10s. This is great for your chin and neck muscles. Since it works the muscles, chances are this exercise will help them tighten a bit.

Clockwise And Anti-clockwise Neck Roll

This is a very common exercise for the neck, and if you go to the gym regularly, then you probably do this already as a full body warm-up exercise. This exercise involves rolling the neck, but if you have vertigo, be sure to avoid it as it might make you dizzy. Start by turning your head to one side of your face and slowly make a circular movement with your head, bringing it to the other side by making a 360-degree turn. Then start from the other side and do the same. Continue this exercise for three to four minutes alternating each side. Five times on both sides are good. This exercise helps in tightening the muscles of the skin and also helps in reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Lift Your Head

For this one, you need to lie down on your bed in such a way where your head hangs slightly off the bed. In this position, lift your head without the support of your hands. Make sure your shoulders are flat against the bed when you do this. When you have brought your head close to your chest, hold it for 10 seconds. You will need to do a set of three consisting of two reps. However, since your head will be hanging off the bed for a long time, you must sit up each time you complete two reps. This will help you avoid dizziness if it happens at all.

Sticking Out Your Tongue

This is another easy exercise that would need no prop at all, and you can do it anywhere and at any time. Just open your mouth as wide as you can and then stick out your tongue as far as you can. You will feel your neck and chin muscles tightening at this point. Hold your tongue in that position for 10 seconds. A set of 10 reps is enough for this exercise. Doing it every day will definitely help you get positive results.

Lift Your Head Up To The Ceiling

For this one, you need to lift your head up towards the ceiling. Pucker up your lips as if you are about to kiss the ceiling. When you feel your neck and chin muscles tightening, hold the pose for five seconds. Relax afterward. Do two sets of 15 reps each for this exercise.

Doing facial exercises are the complete organic way to lose your double chin. But if you are not averse to getting some treatment done to your face, there are several other ways, too.
